During week 6 there are a few events which will Year 1 will be involved
in.
On Wednesday 19th August, the Junior School will be
participating in Dairy Day. This is to continue the work with Mooriel Picowasso
and raising awareness of the required amount of dairy that should be included in
a balanced diet.
Due to the kind donations of Mrs Conradt (Inaburra School mother)
students will be able to share in chocolate milk, yoghurt and cheese cubes for
a gold coin donation.
Friday 21st August is Year 1 Cake Day. Please send in a small
number (12) of baked goods such as cupcakes, cookies, etc that can be sold by
the Year 1 students on the day. Please ensure that none of your baked donations
contain nuts of any kind.
If you wish to have your container returned to you at the end of the
day, please have both the base and lid clearly labelled.
